I greatly enjoyed this place, everything was good. The kitchen had a microwave and refrigerators etc to cook a meal. I've had apartment with large double bed. The host and friendly staff took care of me.

We stayed here for 2 nights, it was really really nice, with an excellent and stunning setting right next to the beach, harbor, and train station.

We had a nice stay in Irvine near to shops and rail network and spoons, Gro-amazing coffee shop and train station and the town centre. Marvellous and good location right across from sea, greatly enjoyed it. Not to mention proximity to Ardeer Beach, that was 10 minutes walk away.

The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. It was conveniently located near a fantastic coffee shop. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving me some great tips during my stay. 😊

Had a wonderful stay at this hidden gem! The welcome basket was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. The assortment of goodies, along with the water and crisps, was a pleasant surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, with the beach just a few minutes' walk away and the shopping mall and town centre within walking distance as well. a fantastic experience!

While our stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor issues. The studio was smaller than expected and the shower door kept falling off its rails, which was a bit annoying.

The newly appointed interior of Marina Studio made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The cleanliness of the studio was a pleasant surprise, and it added to the overall positive experience. Despite some drawbacks, we were able to find alternative accommodation and make the most of our stay. I would recommend this hotel for its clean, well-appointed interior.

My overall experience at this place was pleasant and everything was good. The weather and the comfortable bed made for a great sleeping environment. The private bathroom was a nice convenience. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet.
